As a Store Manager you lead your team and keep the store running smoothly. You keep an eye on product quality, standards and key figures, and make sure every guest has a good experience at Goldies.

You support our franchise partners from signing the contract through to opening and beyond. You are their first point of contact, coordinate training and, together with the partners, safeguard Goldies quality in every store.

You take care of ongoing financial accounting, invoice checking and preparatory payroll accounting. You work closely with management and keep track of figures, receipts and reports.

You prepare our smashburgers, fries and nuggets and keep the kitchen running. You work as part of a team, keep an eye on cleanliness and hygiene and make sure every order goes out fast and in Goldies quality. Experience is a plus, not a must.
